Vision Pathways is a 2-year discipleship program equipping recent college graduates to follow Jesus in all of life.
Most Christians are not called by God to a full-time ministry career—but God calls every Christian to a full-time ministry life. Every day, through our work, play, presence and relationships, God calls us to advance His Kingdom throughout the world. Vision Pathways will help you develop a gospel-centered mission for your life, and equip you to live it out wherever you go.
As a participant, you will:
Join a tight-knit community of peers learning to apply the gospel to every area of life
Receive mentorship and guidance from gospel-centered leaders
Experience life-changing personal growth as you live out what you learn
Do it all in the context of a vibrant urban church in San Diego, one of the most beautiful cities in America
More than Curriculum
Vision Pathways lays the foundation for life-long discipleship, bringing together personal worship with theological study, small group discussion, intimate friendships, caring mentorship, loving accountability and practical, real-world application.
Quarter 1: Love God - How God's story shapes your story.
Quarter 2: Love the Church - Living out your story as a part of God’s family.
Quarter 3: Love the City - Bearing God’s image in your work, service and celebration.
Quarter 4: Share the Good News - Experiencing God using your story to reach others.
During the second year of the program, you’ll learn to Equip Others through the gifts and experience God has given you.
Launching from Campus to Career
Post-graduation life can be challenging. New responsibilities, long hours, tight finances, lack of community, questions about the future. It’s not easy to figure out how to follow Jesus in the midst of it all. But as a member of Vision Pathways, you’ll have a vibrant and diverse church-family looking out for you, not to mention a community of peers ready to welcome you when you arrive. Need help networking for a job or housing—ask us! We’d love to help.
Approx 10 hours/week. This includes personal study, a weekly small group gathering, weekly Sunday worship, and miscellaneous group activities. Although it requires good time management, we’ve designed the program for participants with full-time jobs.
